The 2010 Tony Nominee for Best Play, Time Stands Still, has announced its next run to take place at New York City’s Cort Theatre starting previews on September 23, 2010! Director Daniel Sullivan will return along with the extremely talented cast of Laura Linney, Brian d’Arcy James and Eric Bogosian. Phenomenal actress Christini Ricci will take the place of Alicia Silverstone as Mandy. Time Stands Still tickets were selling like hot cakes in its previous run at Samuel J. Friedman Theatre and this time around is sure to be an even bigger hit. With the Tony nomination still up for grabs and Laura Linney’s recent Tony nomination for Best Actress in a Play, the success of Time Stands Still on Broadwya is undeniable! After a limited 68 productions and 27 previews, the well-received Time Stands Still ended its Broadway run on March 27, 2010. Time Stands Still played at New York City’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre from January 28 through March 27 and made quite a Broadway splash! Talented cast members Laura Linney, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alicia Silverstone did a phenomenal job acting out such an intense storyline. Time Stands Still tickets sold like hotcakes throughout the production run, and fans are hopeful that the play will return to Broadway or other theater locations in the near future.
